5.3 Account Reset

The Game may provide an account reset option. Resetting game progress is different from deleting the underlying account and may reset gameplay information while preserving certain account information.

5.4 Account Deletion

You may request permanent account deletion through the account deletion functionality available inside the Game or through our Account Deletion page.

Account deletion may permanently remove or anonymize account information, game progress, vehicles, virtual currencies, virtual items, company data and other information associated with the account.

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of our terms, or other legitimate purposes.

Information may also remain temporarily in backups until those backups are automatically rotated or deleted.

6. Multiplayer and Social Features

Transport Empire Manager is a multiplayer game and includes features that allow players to interact with each other.

Certain gameplay information is therefore intentionally visible to other players.

This may include:

  • Player name.
  • Company name.
  • Company statistics.
  • Company progress.
  • Rankings.
  • Corporation membership.
  • Corporation-related activity.
  • Other gameplay information designed to be public within the Game.

The Game may also provide chat, messaging or other communication features. Messages and content submitted through these features may be stored and processed as necessary to provide the service, enforce community rules, investigate reports and prevent abuse.

Please do not share sensitive personal information through public profiles, chat, corporations or other multiplayer areas.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Transport Empire Manager may offer virtual currency, virtual items, subscriptions and other digital purchases.

Purchases made through the Android or iOS versions of Transport Empire Manager are processed through the relevant application store, including Google Play and the Apple App Store.

We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card details.

We may receive transaction-related information from the relevant application store that is necessary to:

  • Verify purchases.
  • Deliver purchased content.
  • Activate subscriptions or other entitlements.
  • Restore eligible purchases.
  • Prevent fraudulent transactions.
  • Investigate purchase-related support requests.
  • Maintain appropriate transaction records.

Google Play and the Apple App Store process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Social Media Publishing

Transport Empire Manager publishes promotional videos, images, game updates and announcements about in-game events to official Transport Empire Manager accounts on social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

This is a one-way publishing process involving content created or selected by Transport Empire Manager for publication to our own official accounts.

Player account information is not intentionally transmitted to these social media platforms as part of this publishing process.

11. TikTok Integration

Transport Empire Manager uses TikTok Login Kit and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish videos to the official Transport Empire Manager TikTok account.

This integration involves only the official TikTok account owned and operated by Transport Empire Manager.

11.1 What Is Accessed

When the account owner authorizes the integration, TikTok provides access to basic profile information associated with the authorized account, such as display name, username and avatar, together with permission to publish videos to that account.

We may display this profile information on our internal publishing interface so that it is clear which TikTok account is currently authorized to receive published content.

11.2 What Is Stored

We store authorization information issued by TikTok that is required to maintain the integration.

This may include:

  • Access token.
  • Refresh token.
  • Token expiry dates.
  • The authorized TikTok account identifier.

This information is stored on systems controlled by us and is used solely for operating the authorized TikTok publishing integration.

11.3 What Is Not Accessed

Through the TikTok Content Posting integration, we do not read, collect or store information about:

  • TikTok viewers.
  • TikTok followers.
  • User comments.
  • Private messages.
  • Unrelated TikTok users.

We do not use this integration to post content on behalf of Transport Empire Manager players or other individuals.

11.4 Transport Empire Manager Player Data

Personal data belonging to Transport Empire Manager players is not transmitted to TikTok through the Content Posting API integration.

11.5 Revoking TikTok Access

Authorization for the TikTok integration may be withdrawn at any time through the relevant TikTok account settings or through our internal administration functionality.

When authorization is revoked through our systems, we may call TikTok's token revocation functionality and remove the stored authorization tokens associated with the integration.

11.6 Published Content

Content published through this integration consists of promotional or informational content created or selected by Transport Empire Manager for publication on our official TikTok account.

Where applicable, content created or materially modified using artificial intelligence may be labelled or disclosed as AI-generated in accordance with TikTok's applicable policies and requirements.

12. Third-Party Services

Transport Empire Manager relies on third-party platforms and service providers to operate certain parts of the Game, website and associated services.

These services may be used for purposes including:

  • Distribution of the Game through application stores.
  • Processing and verification of in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Advertising and advertising measurement.
  • Analytics and performance measurement.
  • Application functionality and infrastructure.
  • Push notification delivery.
