Welcome to Transport Empire Manager ("TEM", the "Game", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Transport Empire Manager, including the mobile game, website, accounts, multiplayer features, community features and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Transport Empire Manager. If you are under the age of legal majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Services and make purchases.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable in your country or region.
2. Accounts and Guest Access
Transport Empire Manager may allow you to create an account or access certain parts of the Game as a guest.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating or securing an account and must not impersonate another person or intentionally provide misleading account information.
Guest accounts may have limited recovery options. Game progress associated only with a guest account or device may be lost if the application is deleted, the device is reset, lost or replaced, or local application data is removed.
We strongly recommend securing your game account using the account options provided by Transport Empire Manager.
3. Game Progress and Gameplay
Transport Empire Manager is an evolving online management game. Game mechanics, vehicles, factories, routes, cities, licenses, rewards, progression systems, rankings, prices, operating costs, virtual economies, events and other gameplay elements may change over time.
We may rebalance, add, modify or remove gameplay features when necessary for game development, balancing, technical reasons, security, fairness or the overall player experience.
Game statistics, rankings, virtual assets and progression do not represent ownership of real-world property and have no guaranteed permanent value.
4. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items
Transport Empire Manager may include virtual currencies and virtual items, including diamonds, coins, rewards, vehicles, upgrades and other digital game content.
Virtual currencies and virtual items:
- exist only within the Services;
- have no cash or real-world monetary value;
- cannot be exchanged for real money unless explicitly required by law;
- are not transferable between players unless a specific game feature expressly permits it;
- may be modified as part of balancing or updates to the Game.
Purchasing virtual currency gives you a limited right to use that virtual currency within the Game. It does not give you ownership of the underlying software or any real-world asset.
5. In-App Purchases
Transport Empire Manager may offer optional purchases, including virtual currency, digital items, premium features and other game content.
Purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are processed by the applicable platform and are also subject to that platform's payment terms and policies.
Prices may vary depending on your country, currency, taxes, store pricing rules and other factors controlled by the applicable platform.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information when a purchase is processed by Google Play or Apple.
6. Subscriptions
Where Transport Empire Manager offers an auto-renewing subscription, the subscription terms, price and billing period are displayed before purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through the platform through which they were purchased.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings, as applicable.
Removing the Game from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Refunds and Purchase Problems
Refund eligibility depends on the platform through which the purchase was made, the circumstances of the purchase and applicable law.
Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play's applicable refund procedures and policies. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable refund procedures and policies.
If purchased content is not delivered correctly or you experience another purchase-related problem, you may contact Transport Empire Manager support.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
8. Advertising and Rewarded Advertising
Transport Empire Manager may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements may provide virtual rewards after the advertising provider confirms successful completion of the advertisement.
Advertisement availability may vary between users, devices, regions and advertising providers. We do not guarantee that a particular advertisement or rewarded advertisement will always be available.
9. Multiplayer, Corporations and Community Features
The Game includes multiplayer and social features that may allow players to create profiles, join corporations, participate in projects, communicate with other players, appear in rankings and interact with community systems.
Information that you intentionally make available through these features, such as your username, company name, corporation membership, rankings or game statistics, may be visible to other players.
You are responsible for the content you submit through community features.
10. Player Conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten, abuse or deliberately target other players;
- publish hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit or otherwise seriously inappropriate content;
- spam or repeatedly disrupt chats or community features;
- impersonate another player, administrator or member of the development team;
- use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
- attempt to obtain another player's account credentials;
- sell, trade or transfer accounts in violation of these Terms;
- attempt to manipulate rankings, rewards, corporations, campaigns or other competitive systems unfairly.
We may remove content, restrict communication features, temporarily suspend accounts or permanently terminate accounts where necessary to enforce these rules.
11. Cheating, Automation and Exploitation
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, macros or unauthorized automation;
- use modified clients, unauthorized software or tools designed to manipulate the Game;
- exploit bugs, vulnerabilities or unintended game behavior for unfair advantage;
- interfere with servers, APIs, networking or security systems;
- reverse engineer or attempt to bypass technical restrictions except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- attempt to generate virtual currency, rewards or progression through unauthorized means.
If you discover a serious exploit or security vulnerability, please report it to us rather than intentionally abusing it.
12. Moderation and Enforcement
We may investigate activity that appears to violate these Terms or threaten the integrity, security or fairness of the Services.
Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include warnings, restrictions, removal of content, temporary suspension or permanent account termination.
We may also take reasonable action to correct game progress, virtual currency, rewards or rankings obtained through exploitation, cheating, technical errors or other unauthorized activity.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep Transport Empire Manager available and operational, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, infrastructure failures, network conditions, third-party services, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Updates and Changes to the Game
We may release updates that modify features, interfaces, compatibility, gameplay systems or technical requirements.
Some updates may be required in order to continue using the Game.
We may discontinue individual features or, where necessary, the Services themselves. Where reasonably possible, significant changes will be communicated through the Game, website or official community channels.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with third-party platforms and services such as mobile application stores, advertising providers, analytics services, social media platforms and infrastructure providers.
Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
16. Intellectual Property
Transport Empire Manager, including its software, game systems, graphics, interface, artwork, logos, text, databases and other original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit Transport Empire Manager content without authorization.
Third-party trademarks and assets remain the property of their respective owners.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
You may stop using Transport Empire Manager at any time and may request deletion of your account through the available account deletion options.
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where an account materially violates these Terms, compromises the security or integrity of the Services, engages in fraud or cheating, or seriously abuses other users.
18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or network configuration.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer rights.
19. Privacy
Our collection and processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services, legal requirements or our practices change.
The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before material changes take effect.
21. Applicable Law
These Terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived by contract.
