Welcome to Transport Empire Manager ("the Game"), a transport simulation game available on Android and iOS devices.

By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are under 18, parental or legal guardian consent is required.

2. Account and Access

You may create an account or play as a guest. You are responsible for your account’s activity and confidentiality. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or community standards.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

• The Game offers both one-time purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
• All prices are final and include VAT where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage subscriptions via Google Play or Apple App Store settings.
• Refunds are not provided unless required by applicable European consumer laws.

4. Virtual Currency and Items

The Game includes virtual currency (e.g., diamonds) and virtual goods, which have no real-world value. These items are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. User Conduct

By using the Game, you agree not to:

• Use unauthorized software, bots, or cheats.
• Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Engage in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activity.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Availability and Updates

While we aim to provide a stable experience, the Game may be updated, interrupted, or discontinued without notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect gameplay data, analytics, and device identifiers to improve user experience. Use of the Game implies acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss, account issues, or performance disruptions.
• Health issues such as eye strain or fatigue caused by prolonged use.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, assets, and names are the property of Transport Empire Manager or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable within the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with EU regulations.
